Be 14 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the be 14 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between be 14 and its users. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or using the platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Service Eligibility

To use be 14's services, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Our platform is strictly prohibited for minors and we reserve the right to verify age. If you reside in a country or region where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited, you may not use this platform. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful, and be 14 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information has been provided. Each user may only open one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration & Security

After completing registration, you are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password and login credentials confidential and never share them with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. be 14 will never ask for your password via email or message. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account, unless it is proven that the issue was caused by a fault on the platform itself.

3. Permitted Use

The be 14 platform may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. Using the service for commercial purposes, through automated software or bots, or with the intent to disrupt the platform's normal operations is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or harming other users will result in immediate account suspension. Copying, modifying, or redistributing the platform's content, design, or software is a punishable offense. All users must maintain respectful conduct toward other members.

4. Financial Transactions & Payments

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals, as displayed on the platform. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, be 14 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities. Withdrawal requests may take up to 3–5 business days to process. If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, be 14 reserves the right to reclaim that amount.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, and software on the be 14 platform are the exclusive property of be 14. Using, reproducing, or distributing these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for any content they upload to the platform. Uploading content that infringes third-party copyrights is not permitted. be 14 reserves the right to remove any offensive or non-compliant content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The be 14 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, maintenance, or third-party factors may temporarily disrupt the service. In such circumstances, be 14 will not be liable for any financial losses. be 14 is also not responsible for losses caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection. be 14 accepts no liability beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Amendments & Termination

Be 14 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. be 14 reserves the right to suspend any account for any reason or no reason at all. In the event of a breach of these Terms, the account may be terminated immediately. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
